Maureen is an executive compensation and employee benefits attorney focusing on M&A transactions. She joined the Board in 2018 after being a long-time donor and volunteer. Maureen enjoys grilling and growing local foods and spending time with her two cocker spaniels. She also volunteers as a pro bono tax preparer for Ladder Up and sits on her firm’s pro bono committee.
